Terms and Conditions

We are so excited for your appointment and look forward to meeting you! Here are a few things we need to review to kick-off this party!

Here are the guidelines, babes! 

• Need to reschedule or cancel? No problem! We need 24 hours notice. Emergent situations will be on a case-by-case basis.
• Running behind? No sweat! Appointments more than 15 minutes late will not be accepted but may be rescheduled with a 50% deposit. 
• A small down payment ensures all parties show up on time. Please arrive at the time of your appointment (early is best for browsing!)
• We take every precaution but here's the thing - Lit and Linked, LLC is not responsible in case of injury during the process. Don't worry, it's totally safe!
• If you're a party pal, make sure there are more than 3-4 peeps in your group. Private parties need multiple purchasing friends in attendance. The host/hostess will receive 25% off all personal purchases!
• We'll teach you how to take care of your jewelry, but Lit and Linked, LLC is not responsible in case of jewelry breaking. These pieces are 14k gold-filled and sterling silver. Don't worry about damage, these pieces last a lifetime!
• Damage your piece? No worries - we're happy to help! We have a one free re-attachment policy.
